Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 10 frozen strawberries (washed and tops off)
  • 1  ripe avocado peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen fruit (blueberries are nice)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoon Mum’s Original hempseeds
  • 1 tablespoon Salba

Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients on high in a magic bullet, vitamix or food processor until well mixed. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
