Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup Mum’s original hempseed (roasted or regular)
  • 2 tablespoon Mum’s Original hempoil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Cooking Instructions

Blend all ingredients on high in a magic bullet, vitamix or food processor until well mixed. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
