This video features an interview with Trina, the founder of Astoria Mills.

Trina talks about how her products are great for those people who are either Celiac or Gluten intolerant.

Even if you are not gluten intolerant it is important to moderate gluten intake since gluten can cause inflammation in the body.  It makes sense for everyone to limit their gluten.

Trina has developed a line of mixes that makes it possible for people to make pastries like pies, bread, and really “anything that you love and can’t have you can make with these mixes.”

There is a Celiac test, but this is not always accurate and can sometimes result in a false negative. If you doubt the results of a celiac test you should take it again.
